Half- or full-day workshops for teams of 12–40. Six-topic menu — Resilience, Goal Setting, Adaptability, Owning the Ugly, Recovery, Team Performance — run as a single session or across months. The same multi-touch format used with WA Cricket across a full season.

The problem

Mental performance was being treated as an individual responsibility. WA Cricket wanted a shared language across athletes and coaching staff that held up through a full season.

The approach

Six modules sequenced across the season — pre-season grounding, mid-season pressure, finals reset. Each session ran twice (athletes + coaches) with cross-pollination touchpoints.

The outcome

Players and coaches reporting the same vocabulary in performance reviews. Repeat engagement booked for the following season.

  • Every engagement starts with a discovery call and a short diagnostic. Frameworks are consistent — the room and the conversation are not. We don’t run template days.

  • Yes. Brant is based in Perth and runs programs across all Australian states. Travel is quoted at cost separately to the program fee.

  • A flat indoor space about the size of a basketball half-court (school gyms work). All wheelchairs, balls, eye-shades and equipment are supplied. Closed-toe shoes for participants.

  • Yes — many clients run a keynote, then a workshop series, then a coaching package for their executive team. Multi-program engagements are quoted as a bundle.

  • Pre/post pulse survey on shared performance language, optional 4-week and 12-week follow-up. We don’t promise vanity numbers — we measure behaviour change.

  • 8–12 weeks for workshop series, 4–6 weeks for inclusion sessions, 2–4 weeks for coaching starts. Sometimes faster — call directly.
