Yes. Everything spoken in session stays in session. The only exception is the 360 input process, where stakeholder commentary is shared as a synthesised theme map — never quoted directly without consent.
Both work. Around half of Brant’s coaching clients are sponsored by their organisation; the other half are self-funded executives who want the engagement off the company books.
Keynotes move a room. Coaching changes one person’s operating system over months. Brant runs both because the same frameworks apply at very different time horizons.
Brant takes on a small number of coaching clients each year. Fee depends on engagement length, intensity and stakeholder scope. After the discovery call you’ll have a fixed quote within five business days.
Sessions are video by default — clients are based across Australia and internationally. In-person sessions in Perth or as part of broader speaking engagements where geography aligns.
