Brant is not a speaker who read about resilience. He competed at the Rio 2016 Paralympics and holds the world record as the fastest above-knee amputee to complete a full Ironman - 11:49:20. He brings that into the room with your people.

Team Development / D&I - Wheelchair Basketball & Goalball

This is not a diversity workshop with slides. It is a program built around wheelchair basketball and goalball - two sports that strip away assumptions about ability and create a shared language around inclusion, collaboration, and empathy.

Goalball is played in complete silence, with every player blindfolded. Your team relies entirely on each other's communication. The debrief translates what just happened into real-world context.
